We were leaving a craft show Saturday in separate vehicles. Katie & Jacob decided to ride with Patrick, and Emily was going with me.

Emily: Why are the kids going with Dad?

Me (teasing): Because they love dad the best.

Emily: Well, I love Dad the best too. But I don't want to ride in the truck.
